St John’s College Chapel, Cambridge
Throughout the years, composers and artists alike have been drawn to the theme of light and the stars, symbolising birth, purity and revelation.
Here we present a selection of unaccompanied choral works, shimmering in the beautiful surroundings of St John’s College Chapel.
As well as works by:
- Ēriks Ešenvalds
- György Ligeti
- Eric Whitacre
- and Cheryl Frances-Hoad
…we will be performing sparkling pieces by:
- John Rutter
- Charles Wood
- Aleksandr Grechaninov
- plus a work from our Music Director, Owain Park.
There will be a retiring collection supporting CBM.
